Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that refunds are not offered—only returns are accepted under the conditions stated below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and with all original packaging and details.
- You must take a clear photo of the item you wish to return and send it to us for approval.
- Gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.
- A $4 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover packaging costs, as the packaging cannot be reused.
- Shipping fees for the return must be handled by the customer.
Please note: Any item that has been used will not be accepted for return.

If approved, a delivery driver will be sent to collect the item and refund you in cash. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@buysilico.com or via WhatsApp at +961 76776314, so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and digital products cannot be returned.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the unwanted item (following the process above). Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
